We would not hesitate to recommend ACG Bespoke Flooring Ltd to anyone. Charlie, Rob and Mason fitted our LVT kitchen floor to a very high standard. It looks absolutely stunning and they were very professional, courteous and respectful. They explained the process clearly from start to finish and they were very organised and tidy. Stressful experience with ACG Bespoke Flooring, everything seemed to have to happen strictly on his terms. While some delays were unavoidable due to scheduling with other trades but Charlie showed no flexibility or understanding. Unlike other tradesperson we worked with who were cooperative and accommodating, dealing with ACG became one of the most stressful parts of our renovation. We explained that we had carefully coordinated the project and that we were 38 weeks pregnant — just two weeks away from welcoming a newborn — and simply asked for some consideration.

New Charlie and the team were fantastic. They logistically plannied working around the fact that I work from home and my flat not being that big! They cleaned as the went along and the finish is to a very high standard. Nice to see people who enjoy their work and provide great attention to detail 👌🏾 100% recommend ACG.m team.

Thanks to Charlie and his team for transforming our kitchen extension at the penultimate stage. Installation was smooth and very professional and they were happy to explain and update as it progressed. I hope to use ACG again in future home projects.

Charlie and the guys were amazing from start to finish. From initial quotes to install, everything was exempalry. Our floors were uneven and pretty much a mess, the guys done wheat ever was needed to achieve the perfect job. Would 100% reccomend ACG to anyone.
