Downstairs toilet refit plus bathroom update

We are delighted with the work Ovi has done for us. Full refit of the downstairs toilet comprising floor and wall tiling, new radiator, and a bespoke unit for the toilet that he made and colour-matched to the new basin unit we had bought. In the bathroom he fitted a new washbasin and changed the taps on the bath to match, plus fixed a faulty flush. The quality of his workmanship is second to none. His dedication to fix problems to the highest standard is to be commended, and his commitment to get the job done in good time. All with a friendly manner and cheery smile.

  Complete bathroom refit

Ovi did a complete bathroom refit for us. Firstly, he's very patient, thorough and true to his word. He came when he said he would, kept us informed about what was going on and was happy to make recommendations on what might work better. Secondly, we're very pleased with the final bathroom. It looks great, and more importantly, it's now a functional place that can be used properly. The layout has made it more spacious and the couple of tiny issues we had, Ovi came and dealt with them straightaway. Ovi always strived to get the best for our budget; photos of what the final bathroom looks like.

  A true professional

From the moment quotes went out, Ovi stood out as he was quick to respond and proactive in arranging a visit. Once appointed, his communication was excellent throughout. He arrived on time, protected our home and walked us through the wet room demo confidently and clearly. Ovi kept us informed, offered suggestions and struck the perfect balance needed but leaving the final design decisions with us to make. His attention to detail is exceptional, with each fitting placed exactly as we wanted, with his precision really showing in the finished result. Exceptional work

Exceptional Craftsmanship and Professionalism from Start to Finish

We recently had our kitchen renovated after purchasing it from Wren, and Ovi managed the entire project with exceptional professionalism. He stripped the space back completely, removing old pipework and wiring, and installed new plumbing and electrics with a clean, organized finish. His attention to detail was outstanding, and the quality of workmanship exceeded our expectations. Ovi communicated clearly throughout, taking time to listen, plan, and execute the work to a very high standard. We would highly recommend his services and will certainly be using him again in the future.
