Tom was fantastic. We had an issue with the ethernet cable being faulty and registering 100mbps max speed - Tom was great, came back and replaced the cable from top to bottom. Unfortunate that it was a cable issue, but Tom fixed it up and now it's working perfectly, wholeheartedly recommend!

Tom came out to look at the problem, came up with a new site for the dish, all work completed the same day, everything now works perfectly Would recommend him highly

Tom was excellent. friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He replaced the aerial cable and installed a booster too improve reception. He even clipped the wires to makes them tidier. Highly recommended!

Having used Tom before to install a new satellite dish and on another occasion to install a new arial and retune a tv to our complete satisfaction, it was a no-brainer to use his services again especially as he is local to where we live. I wanted a new tv set up for my son who has complex, special needs. Tom was really patient with him, listening and answering his questions and set the tv up connecting it to his soundbar and Blu-ray player and showing him how to operate the remote. The old tv was going to my Dad who is in 90s and Tom took that and went to set that up also. Very happy!
