My hallway floor had become very unstable. Alex came out, assessed and found the problem, and made it safe until he could come back a few days later. Job done. Very efficient, friendly and tidy. Plus a very reasonable price.

The work performed was satisfactory; however, the initial estimate was altered due to an error on his part, resulting in an increased charge. Additionally, the three blinds that were installed were not properly finished, as the pellets were not cut to complete the job. I understand the necessity of appropriate footwear during work; however, the shoes were not removed until requested, despite the fact that the carpets in our home are brand new.
