I took the multi point locks, gearbox and cylinder off to assess measurements for a potential replacement and put it back together. The door wouldn't open. I contacted ACL Locksmiths by WhatsApp for a quote and was told the basic cost. The locksmith arrived today. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable and sorted out my faux pas, the door works better than it ever did. Thanks.

Immediate response to my enquiry - helpful and knowledgeable staff with immediate quotation. Knew exactly what sort of lock I wanted to change my existing lock on front door and arranged it to be done the next day. Very happy with ACL staff.
