Charlie did not turn up to our appointment. I called him and he said he'd forgotten about it but would be in touch to arrange another appointment. However, he made absolutely no contact. I messaged him again but he did not respond.

The workmanship was excellent and fit the brief perfectly. Courteous and conscientious throughout. Excellent value, based on my comparison of quotes.
