We have recently had our house re-modelled with a rear extension to create room for a large kitchen dining area. Lloyd and his team were great to work with always ensuring that the inevitable disruption to our lives was kept to a minimum. Lloyd agreed a programme with us prior to beginning the works and we are pleased to say that the project was completed on time and within budget. We called in Acorn Building Contractors to investigate issues with damp in one of our properties. We were referred to Lloyd through one of our business contacts. Lloyd swiftly identified the root cause of the damp (external ground levels too heigh) and a plan was put in place to remedy, costs agreed and works were soon underway. After following Lloyd’s advice on heating the affected areas following the works and thoroughly ventilating regularly it is safe to say our damp issue has been resolved.
