Annual boiler service carried out as usual. Office staff were very helpful and efficient as they always are. Booking system is excellent, l even got a confirmation email and reminder emailed to me. Gavin the engineer arrived on time. He wore over shoes which l thought was very respectful. Service with a smile as usual! Boiler serviced and area left clean.
