    Boiler Repair

    Very poor. Boiler broke down so contacted this company and someone arrived within a few hours. After 15 minutes review advised that a part needed replacing, charged £80. Worker advised to text him Monday to remind him to look for the part, which I did. Said he would contact Tuesday. Its now Thursday, and nothing communicated at all, so 6th day without hot water or heating. Neighbour in same position, has solved same issue in 2 days and wasn't charged a call out fee. Have now gone with them, service and cost 100% better.

This greatly minimized our inconvenience due to the loss of water supply in our house. Additionally, the final cost matched the initial quotation, ensuring transparency and no unexpected charges.

    Good trader and easy to work with

    Charles at AC Plumbing and props provided a good quote and had a good knowledge about the work. I needed to replace the existing back boiler with the new boiler. He discussed couple of options and we decided that it would be best to install new boiler in garage. Others were ready to install the boiler in the garage but with pipes from tank work to pass to bedroom and lifting the floor boards etc which scared me. Charles, did the work without lifting the carpet and floorboards.

    New Gas Boiler Installation

    Our boiler broke and we needed a new install quickly. Charlie gave us useful advice for our specific setup, quick to reply on getting a quote ready and was clear about when he could do the installation. Charlie arrived on time both when coming to quote and when installing. We appreciated his professionalism. He was clear about the after installation steps, warranty and using our new boiler. We could trust the advice he gave us. I'll definitely be getting him to service our boiler and would recommend him to anyone having trouble.

    Boiler check up

    Out of the three companies I spoke to, they were the best value for money and flexible with when they could visit. They didn’t charge extra for a Saturday appointment and had good availability. The engineer who visited was knowledgeable and fair with his advice, and as a woman on my own in my house, I felt safe while the work was being carried out. Would definitely recommend and use them in the future.

    Boiler service and curing of a knock

    Charlie was very professional and incredibly friendly. On his first visit, he advised that the fault was a broken diverter which he could charge us for, but as we were under warranty, it would be best to bring in a Worcester engineer. Charlie didn't charge for his time and could have easily charged us for the diverter. Instead, after the engineer, we called him back for a service. The integrity that he demonstrated, including his knowledge was something to truly note. He also looked at another plumbing question I had without charging for this either. We would happily use him again!
