Charlie was very prompt in advising me he could look & quote to rerun the pipe from the meter to the boiler following the discovery of a gas leak that left me without hot water or heating. Shannon was equally efficient in sending out the quote to me, and answering any questions I had, I accepted and the work was completed the next day. Will be keeping Charlie’s info for future work.
