Diligent and professional, creative solution for the problem, responsive communication
Salvo did a great job replacing leaking pump gate valve and automatic air vent. Dealt successfully with the challenge of dismantling the stuck old gate valves, and found an alternative solution to replace the old automatic air vent (exact type and fitting no longer available for straight replacement). Diagnosed cistern leak, replaced cross-threaded fill valve and new isolating valve.
Mr Salvatore was excellent from start to finish. He arrived exactly on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and completed the repair in around 90 minutes with no disruption to the household. He was honest and transparent about the work required and the parts that needed replacing, with great communication throughout. Professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work.
