  Highly recommended- first class installations

  We have used Tony at Acra for many years and he fitted our kitchen and bathroom. The work was excellent and done in a friendly and informative way. We liked the way that he kept in touch after installation to ensure that everything was still okay We would have no hesitation in highly recommended him.

  Dropping radiators during redecoration

  Following on from the more involved work in a previous review, Tony made himself available to take nearly all the radiators off the walls to give my decorator a clear run, and then returned to reinstate them. When one didn't get warm when I switched the heating back on, he was quick to stop by and make a necessary adjustment. I have found Tony to be a friendly, reliable, accommodating and experienced tradesman who doesn't twist your arm to spend more than is necessary.

  Water Pumps Repair

  Excellent and thorough job undertaken quickly and cleanly

  Found I had a problem with a leaking shower pump in the loft which luckily had not yet destroyed the ceiling. Called Acra plumbing and Tony came out the next day, which was a Saturday, with a similar shower pump which he then fitted. The problem is solved without ruining the upstairs ceiling and I have a fully working shower pump. He was helpful on the phone, attended very quickly, arrived when he said he would, and did a thorough job without leaving any mess. I will be happy to use Tony again when and if necessary.

  Tap replacement

  I had a great experience with Tony when he replaced my kitchen tap this week. He communicated well beforehand, turned up on time and charged a very fair price. He also helped me with my dishwasher while he was round and was very happy to offer to do so. He’s clearly very good at his job and I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
