    My door key would just turn in the lock without unlocking the door. I found Johnson on Checkatrade and I am so glad that I did. He arrived within 30 mins like he said on the phone and tried everything to get the door to unlock without causing damage. Johnson ended up having to drill into the lock as the mechanism was faulty. Johnson kept me updated throughout and managed to find exact replacements for the cylinder, mechanism, and handle the same evening. He has excellent knowledge and craftmanship. Highly recommend!
