  ACS replaced my faulty solar panels for new ones

  I had a very good experience with ACS, they quoted a fair price With absolutely no pressure to go ahead with the job. When they came to install they did a great job, were polite, tidy, and did a very neat installation.

  Needed new solar panel water heater and new solar panels

  I came via Aaron/ACS solar via checkatrader on Boxing Day (2024) and there’s the significance no one else responded to my request other than Aaron who had me on the phone, videoing my solar water heater/pump room to ensure he could get my heating back on and get us through Xmas - which was exactly what he achieved and was out with a new water heater first week Of Jan (25) and even sorted our solar panels as to the problems we were having with them that no one has been able to sort since we bought the property 5 years ago. He was the ultimate professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

  Solar system repair

  Very prompt response from Aaron via Checkatrade. He came out next day to check failed system and fitted a replacement inverter a couple of days later. This did not solve the problem and it was decided that one series of the solar panels had failed (blown) and required replacement. He came out with Garth a few days later and replaced the panels. Aaron kept us advised at all stages as to progress and cost. This was an expensive failure but ACS prices seemed on a par with average cost for this type of work. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend.

  Solar Panel Installation

  Communication was excellent. I was well informed at all stages. I had had bad experiences with a previous contractor and ACS was the antithesis of what I experienced before. Today is the first day of sun since the installation so I will know more about the efficiency in a few days.

  Excellent service. Aaron from ACS Solar responded quickly and came to view/survey my property. Provided competitive quote and completed work efficiently whilst always maintaining communication. A high quality and tidy installation and came back a few days later to explain everything and guide me through the App. Highly recommended

  Replace Solar Panels

  An excellent service from start to finish. Work completed very efficiently. Customer service was excellent. All staff we had contact with were very pleasant and informative about what was happening at any time. Would highly recommend ACS Solar.
