Speedy response; great service!
Our solar pv system stopped producing so we called ACS…within 2 days a technician came out and assessed the problem, diagnosing a faulty Solar Edge inverter. A quotation was promptly arranged and a week later our diaries matched and a new Solax inverter with optimisers was fitted, along with isolator switches missed out by the previous supplier 11 years ago. The whole job, including recommissioning, was completed within 3 hours (spread across 2 visits due to terrible weather Happy, efficient team; a pleasure to do business with. I recently used ACS Solar for a complete 14kW solar array, inverter, and massive 64kWh battery storage installation, and I couldn't be happier. Aaron provided an incredibly competitive quote, and the technical knowledge he demonstrated when planning a system of this scale was spot on. The installers, Garth and Liam, did a fantastic job with the physical setup—incredibly neat workmanship, tidy wiring, and great communication throughout.
