  What an excellent service from Omar! One phone call and he was able to attend within the hour. He examined the cistern and explained the issues. He then sourced the parts and completed the work to a very high standard. Thank you for saving the day! Definitely recommend this service!

  Shower dripping

  Replace condensate pipe

  Very poor, a simple job should take 30 mins, spent hours, of which quite a lot he was out of our house and charged us for, claimed different things were wrong but all we asked was for a new plastic pipe to be fitted. I would not recommend them to anyone, look elsewhere if you can.

  Plumbing leakage

  Omar provided excellent service in discovering the origin of the leakages from the ceiling that were affecting my kitchen and efficiently went about his business of solving the immediate problem and suggesting how it could be prevented from happening again.   Heating system advice - extremely friendly and professional

  Omar went above and beyond to help me work out my options to solve a complex heating issue I've been having for months. He drove over and kindly drew out a diagram to explain all the aspects on my heating system, which made it really easy to follow along with. He provided some great advice on some potential work, and offered this with no charge. Really friendly guy - would definitely reach out to him for future work.
