On Thursday 6th of May 2021, I spotted an unwanted house guest...A rat! My partner and I had been hearing noises around our house but did not think much of it until that fateful day. My partner phoned Kevin and he instantly put myself and my partner at ease by placing traps with peanut butter in them instead of using poison. This method worked and Keven had caught in total, seven rats including the ringleader mother rat. I would highly recommend using Kevin as he uses your wifi to let you know when the trap has been sprung via tet message. Do not delay, Kevin really knows what he is doing.

Kevin was very helpful at the outset, he attended quickly and made a thorough inspection of the area our 'intruder' had occupied. No evidence was found, despite a very loud noise from the wall cavity and cupboard. Bait left down as advised but no visits since so hopefully a one off? Kevin would not take any payment as no treatment needed but very happy to impart his invaluable advice. Would not hesitate to contact this company in the future, brilliant service from an experienced local business. Highly recommended

I found droppings in my attic which I assumed to be rats. I managed to get an initial appointment on the day I telephoned. The man who came was extremely helpful and after checking out my attic told me I had bats rather than rats. He was informative, reassuring and Knowledgeable. There was no call out fee and he said I could phone anytime if I needed to. I was genuinely impressed with the service and would highly recommend this company.
