Honest, transparent pricing. Excellent communicator.
Alan was early. The price he quoted me at the start was an honest representation of the work and the amount didn't change during the course of / on completion of the job. He left the area cleaner than he found it. Sounds too good to be true right?! But it's not. Honest, tidy, and reliable – highly recommended
Can't recommend Alan enough. He did some work on our bathroom and the finish is top quality. He was incredibly tidy, treating the house with respect and cleaning up at the end of every day. Tap Leak
Alan fixed our leaking tap, which had been slowly dripping for months. He was able to diagnose the issue within minutes and had the part to fix it. After he'd finished, he explained everything to me in simple terms and I was reassured that it was an easy fix (for him that is) and that he'd follow up if it reoccurred.
