  • We needed an emergency change of our front door lock.

    It was a Sunday evening and we urgently needed our door lock changed as we feared our keys had been stolen and we were going on holiday the next day. Other companies were closed, or didn't have a free engineer, or didn't stock our kind of lock. John was a godsend - kind, efficient, he took the trouble to search his van for the lock and call us back. Then he arrived within 40 minutes of our call, and did the job smoothly and efficiently. He is qualified by and registered with the Master Locksmiths Association, which gives added confidence.

    Fantastic service! I was out of the country and my lock (which had been playing up) finally gave up the ghost while my house sitter was locked out. My call was answered straight away, he arrived 15 minutes later and let her in, then changed out the barrel so it’s finally fixed. I can’t recommend him enough!
