From the outset, this company was a pleasure to deal with. The initial contact was with Lewis who came out so promptly to assess and price up the work. He was friendly, helpful and gave very good advice. We had 6 different company quotes, and we are so pleased that we chose Active Windows. This was a big domestic project (1930’s 3 bedroom house) consisting 1 large landing 4 paned stained glass window. 4 x 5-bay windows plus various flat windows. In all 10 window areas with stained glass. Tony, Dan and Gary worked so hard and we are very happy. A 1930,s 4 Bay window , Large Hallway window and 5 flat windows Stained glass taken out old wood and replaced with better, including the stain glass improvement all in all 10/10 A true family firm Lewis who came and quoted took time outwatched 5 other potential companies and glad it happened A true family firm with his father Norman they answer calls attentively no fob offs And the fitting…. Please do not lose Tony ! Active Windows & Doors replaced all 10 windows providing an excellent service from start to finish, including afterwards when a manufacturing defect with one of the windows was replaced in a very timely manner. This is the third time this company has replaced windows for me and other family members. Excellent service from the young lad pricing the job to the fitters. They gave us a date for the work to be completed which they kept to. The product was good and the price was excellent.
