Flat Renovation
I found Alex on checkatrade and I couldn’t be happier! Having moved solo to a 1930s flat, I needed someone to help me renovate. Having never done anything like this before, I wasn’t sure what was possible. Alex is so knowledgeable right across the board and did everything (apart from the plumbing and plastering, but worked so well with them and arranged the plasterer). He screeded and fitted new flooring, did all the carpentry, tiling, and any job I needed doing that other people may have found annoying. I am so grateful to him and will forever be who I call on for this stuff!

Retention wall erected sympathetically plus patio doors sides & new window aperture
Alex work hard in all weather conditions & got on with the job to achieve a wonderful outcome which my Husband & I was very pleased with. Alex also informed me about any issues so we could talk it over with usually Alex coming up with a great solution which made the finished job fabulous

Lintel Crack
Alex popped round to take a look at the issue. If already had a roofer round for repairs, and Alex advised that the hairline cracks wouldn't be a further problem as long as the roof was fixed. Really appreciated the advice, thanks again

Roof mend
Alex identified a roof repair after ingress and gave us a fair quote and was punctual and friendly. Took pics of the work before invoicing and explained everything clearly inc materials he was planning to use and their longevity etc. Highly recommended.

Front garden fence and groundworks
Alex transformed our front garden with new fencing, digging out and laying of slate. Came when he said he would, very courteous, tidy and did a fantastic job. Garden looks fab now. Very reasonable price and will definitely have him back to do other work in the future. Highly recommended!
