Adam had been cleaning our windows for years. He's very reliable, professional, friendly and does a great job. We recently asked him to clean our roof which we never had done before. Adam was excellent, it was a very messy job and he made sure he cleaned up our drive and patio afterwards. My name is Adam Kwiatkowski. I built my Exterior Cleaning company up from a humble window cleaning round in Studley, Warwickshire in April 2011, to a specialised cleaning service across Warwickshire and the West Midlands.
My business is insured, so you can be sure you are in safe hands!
I use only high quality, approved organic cleaning substances. As a certified Softwash Technician, I know how to work with the solution to maximise the results and restore your roof to its original colour and it’s former glory.
Every roof is different and requires different approaches. Depending on the intensity of the build up, I will apply the best combination of techniques to provide optimal results.
I also provide patio cleaning: removing lichens, algae, white and black spots.
My range of techniques include:
– pressure washing
– hot water and steam cleaning
– roof scraping to remove moss and other organic build-up
– applying organic cleaner (special solution killing algae and restoring original colour of the roof over time)
