Overall, the work was of high quality. While there were minor communication hiccups, any issues were promptly and satisfactorily resolved. Internal communication between departments could be improved to ensure a smoother experience, but I am very pleased with the final result. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive. The salesperson was especially creative, successfully bringing my complex ideas to life. I highly recommend their services.

The sales manager was very thorough, helpful and professional and gave us every confidence in the product and the team workmanship. This was confirmed when the extremely hardworking and experienced engineers carried out the 3 day task. They left the premises spotless and took great pride in their work. They worked extremely hard and were very respectful and pleasant. Superb service from beginning to end.

Very professional installation and pleasing new windows

We had replacement windows for leaded lights in old metal frames. The work was carried out efficiently and the joints are all precisely made. They were also able to make two bespoke to our design. Very pleased.

Customer service is awful and the problem is still not solved

The company fitted bifold doors in August last year and in Jan/feb of this year the doors wouldn’t open properly and one of the panes of glass had blown . We contacted the company and had to keep calling them for them to do a site visit . They said the bearing had worn and it was our fault as there was grit in the Chanel’s . We have had building works done and have had previous works done and this had never happened before . They said they weren’t prepared to fix it only at the expense of us . We have contacted and e-mailed them several times without any correspondence from them at all .

Response from Adam Window Centres of Tuckton

We strive for perfection and our reviews over the past 31 years reflect this. There is an outstanding balance which relates to refitting the bifold twice more and the COST of a frame extender because the customer and their builder could not get their floor levels correct. The replacement sealed unit is available to fit. The track of the bifold doors has been abused. There has been no attempt to protect the track during the building works and this has damaged the bearings and probably the track. Seeking redress through social media with inaccurate reviews is not the way to address the issue.
