Daniel arrived before the appointment time which I appreciated! On arrival Daniel introduced himself and communicated with me in a very pleasant manner which pleased me very much. Daniel was explaining the work carried out before each step which allowed me to understand easily what would happen throughout his stay. His consummate professionalism and dedication is very much appreciated by me. I've been using the smart lock since yesterday and have not experienced any hiccups. Excellent, professional affordable service - highly recommend
Excellent service. Simon was incredibly responsive and although the issue with our door lock wasn’t an emergency - he offered to come round to look at the issue straight away (on the weekend). Simon arrived within 5 minutes and managed to release the door lock and serviced the doors locking mechanism to resolve the issue. He is polite and professional and we will definitely use Simon next time we need his expertise.
