  AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  This company has absolutely wrecked my home They flooded my airing cupboard and bathroom, leaving water damage on ceiling below. Ruined my kitchen worktops with scratches and poor drilling for new pipework. Burnt the inside of my cupboards from soldering and punctured holes instead of cutting to install new pipework. Sprayed chemicals over my cupboard doors. Fitted my boiler with piping on the outside, so I can no longer house it as the cupboard isn't big enough. Stole my brand new water tank. stole all the copper piping they had removed from my home. Left the old boiler in the bushes etc

  Inlet valve for combi not taken water

  We were extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and knowledge. We contacted this company to work on our combi boiler as it suddenly stopped taking water. We agreed a rate, date and time over the phone. The plumber failed to show without a call. To make matters worse, he doesn't answer his phone. I send a message and he agreed to turn up on the following day which he does. He turns up with his wing man and they stare at the boiler for about half hour, loosing a screw and a rubber seal in the process. After looking confused and sharing his confusion with his wing man, he points at a part, indicating that this is where the fault must be. He charges 20% more than he quoted without really doing anything but leaving my kitchen floor wet. He tells me that he will return two days later. I agree to take a day off work for this visit as the house has been cold for a week. Surprise surprise, the plumber or his wing man don't call or show. My WhatsApp messages are received by him but no response. Please please avoid this clown at all costs.

  Bathroom fitted with horrendous finish

  Do not trust this plumber, he will give you one price, then try to scam you with extras for materials that he has not used, will take your money and won’t complete job. Also he tries to charge you extra saying such and such was not agreed and is an extra. To top it off he adds to the outstanding amount denying what you have already paid, and is prepared to swear an oath to this effect. They still have my key and will not return, so this will be reported to the authorities. The central heating he has installed is showing high levels of carbon monoxide, will be taking legal action.

  New bathroom

  Too many mistakes and terrible finishing. Rude and keeps increasing costs on top of agreed price. Hard to contact and work still left undone.

  Change of bath filler tap

  He kept promising for 3 days but didn't show up after reminders. On 4th day - he came by on the promised time and he did a good job, actually. He was pollite and he did the work as promised. He changed the pipes and new bath mixer tap. However, the newly fitted pipe was leaking and we noticed that after a week when the kitchen ceiling was flooded. I contacted him and he came by the next day and he fixed the leak or it appears that it's fixed. However, it again leaked after another week and he promised to come for a week (every day) and then didn't even pickup the phone.
