Hot water tank immersion and wiring fixed
Aaron was polite, helpful, and explained what had to be done in straightforward terms so that we could make an informed decision on what needed to be done. When it became obvious that more was needed than initially thought (both immersions not working rather than one, and a fault with the installed wiring), he showed us how he had found this, and was clear on what needed to be done, and completed the work at no extra labour charge. The area was left clean and tidy. I would recommend him.

New Boiler / Powerflush
Arron spent 40 mins of his own time fault finding on our old boiler and checking our gas supply before he even quoted for the work. It gave us confidence that he was meticulous and had pride in his work. The whole job took longer than he expected mainly because there was a delay in getting the boiler and he was busy putting final flourishes on his own work. The bill for the job was what we'd agreed, and we're very happy with it. We've now got a squeaky clean heating system, a work of art in our airing cupboard, and a shower that isn't going hot and cold anymore !

Gas/electric cooker installed
Arron did such an amazing job, even if he was faced with difficult pipework. It was a more complicated job than first thought but Arron was very accommodating and got the job done quickly and efficiently. It's hard to fine decent, reliable workmen but any future work I need I now know where to go. Thanks again.

Boiler service
Our boiler really needed a service. The engineer was really nice and arrived in good time. He'd quoted us a price and the length of time the service would take and it was correct. He double checked the work and took readings to make sure he'd left it safe. Very happy customer.

Removal of radiator
What a excellent company, we have just purchased our home and decided a radiator needed to go. This was done in an hour, however on testing the system after completing the removal, it was discovered that the central heating didn’t even work in the first place. Which we didn’t know about as we had never used it. This was due to a blockage somewhere in the pipes. He returned the following day found and fixed the blockage. The bill however stayed at the original quote despite his extra efforts. Many thanks and will be used for all other plumbing needs in the future.
