Fantastic service. The electrician was with us promptly even though it was late in the evening and work was carried out efficiently. Would highly recommend and use the company again.

Craig was very communicative and sent an excellent analysis of the work to be done. The tenants were also very pleased with the quality, friendly nature and above all tidiness. Craig even returned extra to fix the skirting boards that he had had to take up!

The engineer responded to a fault on my Gloworm Combination boiler very quickly. As the boiler was not repairable, the engineer ordered and fitted a new boiler in the evening after a normal day's work. The service, professionalism, commitment and speed of the response was excellent at a reasonable cost. Very highly recommended

I had a tenant call to say the oven had stopped working. I was not able to get to the property so called Craig who had previously completed some work for me to a high standard. Craig adv he'd go straight there and take a look. I got a message within an hr and the oven needed replacing, which was no surprise to me as it was near end of life! Craig took care of it all. He sourced a new oven at a great price, fitted and rebuilt the housing unit that evening after his other daily work so the tenants could cook! I have always had this level of service from Craig and cannot recommend him highly enough!!

We needed to completely refit our bathroom. We had a tiny bathroom so were struggling with ideas to utilise the space. Craig was awesome. He gave us some solutions and recommended fixtures, fittings and tiles to make our tiny space more useable. We instructed Craig to complete the works straight away. Well he has dome a fabulous job. We now have a practical useable wetroom which feels so much larger than before. This man worked tirelessly, starting before 8am and not finishing on some nights until after 9pm all so we could get it done during the school holidays!! Cannot recommend highly enough.

Craig and his team were great. The quality of the work done was excellent and the process from getting the quote (which was exceptionally well priced), through to the work being completed today was really easy.
