I organised Add Detail to service my Heat Interchange Unit (HIU) last year, as well as half-a-dozen of my neighbours. All seemed well, so I did the same again this year. However, this time when a problem was found in my HIU, instead of fixing the problem or contacting me to ask me how to proceed, they simply made a note on my service report, saying that I should do something about! In short, if your HIU is fine, then this is the company for you.

Engineer is rigorous and professional. I have used ADD Detail Ltd for two consecutive years to complete the HIU annual inspection and I am very satisfied!
