Kevin is a perfect gentleman. He and his team work long hours to ensure that the clearance is done respectfully and thoroughly, and they even did a couple of jobs they hadn't expected to. The house was cleared thoroughly and the ladies that cleaned it afterwards left it looking and smelling almost new. The team were rewarded with Doughnuts (their favourite), and cookies...they certainly deserved them.

Our Father had been a bit of a hoarder, and after he passed there was a lot to do to ready the house for Sale. Kevin was SO understanding, thoughtful and trustworthy. He and his team worked long and arduous house to not only clear the house, but were respectful of our parents possessions, whilst clearing the "Junk". I would highly recommend them to friends and family, or anyone who has lost a love one, in need of their services. P.S They like doughnuts ;-)

I used Adelphi for a house clearance in West Wickham, including a garage and shed. They did a really good job. Kevin was very professional and polite, and clearly takes pride in their work, and the job was carried out to a high standard. Communication before the job was excellent, and I was happy with their quote. On the day, they turned up on time and completed the work very efficiently. Full house clearance, including loft and shed. It was carried out very efficiently and I was kept informed of progress all the way. The house was left clean and tidy and I would definitely recommend Adelphi if you need a house clearance service you can trust.

I used this company in June last year and was so impressed I contacted them again a few days ago to clear out a large garden shed at short notice. They could not have been more helpful and completed the job within a couple of working days. Not only did they take all the stuff, including the rubbish, they also cut out all the brambles and weeds in the shed and took them away as well! Check out the before & after photos below.
