Stay well AWAY from "AD Heating and Gas". He failed to turn up for a job where a family including 2 children had no hot water for 2 days. He ordered the part and didn't show on the day and failed to inform the tenant who was left waiting. His lousy excuse was that he didn't like being questioned about the diagnosis (which he got wrong anyway) as confirmed by a competent and professional engineer who ended up completing the repair after to Andrew's no-show. He is an unreliable snowflake and lacks ethics, morals and principles and is a huge discredit to his profession.

Excellent all round service

Andrew came and did my boiler service at 9:30am. He’s done service in 15 minutes. He said my boiler is fine and in perfect condition. The sooner he left my heating stopped working!!! Called him many times, after hours of trying he answered and said sorry I can’t do anything now I am in London. Chased him almost all day but he hardly answered my calls. Then had to call another engineer and he checked and said “Andrew did not open the filter walves and one pipe was so heatup was about to Burst” first time WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Andrew came out to help my elderly Mum, whose heating and hot water had stopped working. His quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He was very polite and friendly and I would definitely recommend him.

Excellent work servicing our warm air boiler. We shall certainly use Andrew again.
