  Highly Recommend - Great service from start to finish

  Had two aircon units fitted today within 2 weeks of the initial contact with Alex. Alex was very polite and helpful and sent over different options available that I could choose with no pressure. The team who came to install the units, Lewis, Louie & Connor were fantastic and have done a great job! They were very respectful of me, my nervous puppy and my home. (They are a credit to your company) I am so pleased with the job and would recommend to anyone. Thank you very much! :)

  So Glad We Chose Dean for Our Air Con

  Dean may have won The Apprentice, but he hasn’t let that change the way he treats his customers. He came out personally for a site visit, really listened, gave us plenty of time and excellent advice. Such a genuinely nice chap. The installation team did a brilliant job – the unit was fitted neatly and tidily, and the outside unit has been positioned very discreetly, which I’m especially pleased about as I was worried it might look unsightly. Overall, I’m really impressed and would thoroughly recommend Dean and his team to anyone considering air con installation.

  Great AirCon and with first class installation.

  After problems trying to contact them on line I phoned and received a very prompt service from Alex, who came within a week to survey my house. He apologised about the on line problems, telling me their website crashed after a huge surge in enquires. They have since got it sorted. I’ve now had my new AC unit installed and I’m delighted with it. Lewis and his colleague did a brilliant job, very tidy and neat and polite. I thoroughly recommend this company if you are thinking about having Air con in the future. Thank you ADL.

  Highly recommended

  Dean & Alex Thanks so much your guys were here this morning and were fabulous! It’s always difficult for me getting tradesmen to undertake different tasks because of allowing strangers into the house with a special needs child. I needn’t have worried they were amazing. The lead engineer (sorry, forgot his name) talked through everything with me and gave me a couple of options because of possibly needing a pump. Well, we didn’t need a pump! They left the room spotless and the finished job is aesthetically great on the eye! 10/10

  Can’t be bothered to give quotes

  Really disappointing service from ADL. Been three weeks now and still no quote given. Seems you are ignored as if it’s not big job they don’t seem interested. Fame gone to their heads???

  Sorry but this is very unfair and not the case Alex sent you an estimate before we even attended site to carry out a survey. The quote was then sent over by Alex via whatsapp. you both have been speaking regularly. im very surprised and confused by this
