Securing a clay roof tile
Caution if using this service, the most expensive of the quotes to relocate 1 slipped clay tile! Job was done poorly, lots of excuses when no one arrived as promised. Would never use this company again. Hopper and down pipe not checked on completion causing further issues. Inordinate amount of money, only to be left with safety issue, dangerous for anyone to walk underneath as tile had slipped again in January. To date, July, received no further contact to rectify the slipped clay tile! Beware!!Job location: CM56.25 Roofer

Roof work and garden landscaping
Seemed like decent guys but the jobs they carried out were overall below par. They did minor roof repairs and garden relandscaping for us. Left damage to our patio stonework, installed new fencing and gravel boards leaving gaps at the base, installed an incomplete raised bed with no back panel to keep soil in, laid new lawn without proper preparation to ground, leaving areas of thin soil mixed with concrete and uneven leveling, refixed roof fascia which came loose within months - when asked to return to look over, have failed to do so.Verified reviewerJob location: SE159.5 Roofing Repairs

Flat roof

New roof lining/replace tiles
Disappointing. 3 quotes obtained, first impression the company appeared suitable; cost £7,500. After 2 days, and 2/3rds of the roof removed was informed the job would now cost an additional £4,500 and was left with no choice but to proceed. Age/health specific requests not carried out so loft belongings left covered in unbelievable dirt/debris, chasing for clean up was shouted at on the phone. Guttering, fascia, window cill damaged, fascia/cill still not repaired after 8 weeks.
