I am a Chartered Builder with over 40 years of experience. I have recently retired from my role as a senior site manager building large scale construction projects to return to my roots to use my experience to help clients through projects and to help them through the difficulties and risks that the construction process does provide. My dedication to clients stems from the beliefs instilled in me and are based firmly in the values of trust, honesty and integrity.
I carry out work to Belfast providing building services such as new builds, extensions, loft conversions, renovations and alterations and all building works. I also carry out commercial works including fit out and redevelopment.
I look forward to helping and servicing the needs of my clients.

Renovation
Drew has carried out renovation work for us on a number of occasions. We have been extremely impressed not only by his vast breadth of knowledge across a wide variety of building trades, but also in his ability to apply this with a high quality of workmanship and skill. Panelling
Beautiful Georgian panelling fitted in the hallway! Looks incredible and was installed so quickly and efficiently! Has changed the entire space. Highly recommend!
House renovation
Our house was in poor shape and had very little done to it the previous 50years. Knew we needed a full renovation, walls down, new bathroom, floors leveled, new kitchen, literally everything. Drew was able to make it happen, he turned our boxy unfunctional downstairs into a open plan kitchen and living room. Having the wall taken away, blocking up an old door, really opened the house up. Drew also always has great design ideas too, on putting a pocket door in the bathroom to make the most of the space. Very grateful as the house wouldn't be what it is without him, cheers again Drew
Kitchen renovation
Amazing job, better than I could've imagined. Builder takes pride in his work and completes every last detail. I'd recommend him everytime.
