Repair and decorate walls with rising damp
Adrian and Christophe diagnosed problem/condition, submitted proposal and scheduled work with time lines. They were accurate and clear on project from start to finish.

Installation of steels and removal of dividing wall between kitchen and dinning room
Adrian and his team were excellent from start to finish. They are highly skilled tradesman with a thorough understanding of construction best practice explaining in detail all aspects of work to be undertaken. They completed the work on time, to the agreed price and to a very high standard and were very conscientious throughout leaving the site safe and tidy every day. A genuine pleasure to work with Adrian and highly recommend him. Thank you.

Skirting board was fixed, kitchen and bathroom repainted. Silicone around the bath

Remove back door and install window. Knock through partial wall, chimney breast and under stairs.
Adrian and Chris were very professional, friendly, hard working and were always keeping us updated on the work carried out every day. Any problems or observations were communicated to us and was solved by the guys and they were fantastic. Full credit to Adrian and Chris as it’s our first time carrying out renovations in a house and they helped us throughout the process. We will be using their services again very soon. Also mention to the plasterer who Adrian uses as he did a very good job with the kitchen/diner ceiling.

Sound proofing and laying a new floor
My experience with Adrian was Fabulous. He is extremely professional, honest, transparent, a good communicator and above all did an excellent job. He kept to the budget and to the time frame I am very happy to have found him and highly recommend him for any building work.
