  Large rear extension and 2 story detached double garage.

  This was a large 65 sq M extension to the rear of the bungalow and included a kitchen diner and extensive living room with roof lights, 2 WCs, a bathroom and utility room. It was a complex build which Adryano managed well and kept us informed throughout the process. He was very polite and courteous with ourselves and our neighbours. The quality of the workmanship is of a high standard and the team is multiskilled which meant we didn't waste time having to wait for different trades and allowed the build to be flexible which again saved time. Overall we were very impressed and would recommend.

  Adrian takes great pride in his work and takes his job personally! It shows in his attention to detail. Even when I hadn’t even thought about how I wanted something to look (like whether I wanted a bevel edge on my work surface, or if I wanted something to be flush or not), and yet Adrian would ask me about things despite the fact that he could have ignored it and just said I didn’t specify. He works faster than any contractor, I have seen - working through rain or shine to get the job done. He did everything the most effective way and kept me updated throughout. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  Adryano and his men did an excellent job. They were tidy and considerate and worked long hours to complete the painting before Christmas. The finished paintwork was of a very good quality. He also fixed a complicated frame to a specialist TV mechanism and attached fabric to it, exactly as requested. I highly recommend Adryano Construction Ltd.

  Loft flooring

  Got quoted to have work done at a reasonable price, End result was just what I wanted And they went the extra mile in the cleanliness with floor coverings and hovering Great jobs guys highly recommend

  An inner room was built for an additional bedroom.
