  Refurbishing an old maisonette.

  We required a 2-bed maisonette to be refurbished including strip out and fitting of new kitchen, bathroom, internal and external doors, rewire, ceilings, central heating and decorating. Andy and his team worked closely with us to fully understand our needs. The quote provided was detailed and clear. The work was to a high standard, and covered lots of small details such as water proofing the walls of the bathroom before tiling. I would definitely recommend ADS for similar work to ours, the team completed the work to a satisfactory standard, on time with no issues.

  Full bathroom refurbishment including levelling out the floor and ceiling.

  This is the second time we’ve used ADS builders and we couldn’t be happier. Yet again they have completed the work efficiently and to a very high standard. They are always on time and tidy up after a day’s work. Always friendly and happy to help with any queries. Highly recommend.

  New bathroom fitted

  Cannot review ADS highly enough. Professional, clean, honest builders. They were open and transparent with us from the start and keen to help us find solutions to some of the "features" we'd inherited. We were thoroughly impressed right from the word go and they've done an excellent job. We'll definitely be using them again for any future work we have. The bathroom itself looks fantastic and we couldn't be happier.

  Replastered and redecorated living room and a bathroom renovation.

  We were very impressed with the work that has been done on our property. ADS builders were conscientious in making sure that every last detail was finished to the highest standard as well as being punctual and courteous. We were kept informed of developments regularly. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

  New bathroom, separate toilet and bathroom knocked into one, new suite fitted and walls fully tiled.

  As always Andrew and his team did an excellent job. The work was done while I was away and they proved themselves to be completely trustworthy. I came home to a new bathroom. There were a few bits and pieces to finish but they worked around me and made sure I was fully satisfied with the work before they agreed the work was finished. They always kept in touch and made sure any issues arising were discussed with me. I have used ADS in the past and have always been happy with their work. I'm sure I will use them again in the future.
