Hi, I am Adrian Shirley I am the owner of ADS carpentry and building services and have been since 2011.
Please understand I am a sole trader so I can only help so much but will gladly give advice and guidance when needed.
ADS carpentry and building services will be available for this work for 7 Days from 01/04/20... but I will gladly extend if needed.

Loft Conversion
Adrian and his team did a full loft conversion for us consisting of two small dormers to the front of our house and a large full width box dormer to the rear, plus interior fit out with plumbing, electrical and carpentry work. Dealing with Adrian was very straight forward, a full quote, schedule and payment plan was provided before the work started. Deadlines were met and communication was excellent. Would (and have) highly recommend.
Loft Conversion
Adrian and Josh are two great guys and nothing was ever too much when they carried out our loft conversion (and believe me we kept adding to the work once they started) - Day 1 and framework was all up Day 4 and we had a watertight loft!!!. If you are considering a loft conversion I would highly recommend using ADS Carpentry - Adrian maximised every bit of space we had and we never could have pictured the end result which we are extremely happy with. All the sub-contractors who worked with and for Adrian were all good as gold - especially given the heat they were working in. Thank you guys
Room into garage, divide lounge/ dining room into 2 rooms, make kitchen diner, install 2 bathrooms
This was a total renovation of the entire house. Started on time put in a full days work each day as did all his workers. Tidy workers. Really pleased with how it has all turned out and happy if any new customers want to view a previous job. Not easy as we were living in the property at the time as well so you do need to work with your Builder. It was not just the jobs above but we had some new windows and patio doors, plus a new flat roof. If you are looking for a quote give Adrian a call as he does most jobs. We are happy customers. Would use again.
Fitting kitchen, skirting boards, doors and architrave
Adrian stepped in after I had a cowboy builder. I wish I had Adrian from the start. Very professional. We talked about the work that needed doing and we agreed on a price. Adrian was punctual and efficient. The work was carried out to a high standard. I asked for extra work to be done at the same time, and nothing was to much bother. Great communication and the place was left clean at the end of every day. I have already booked Adrian for more work. Its hard to find a reliable trustworthy builder.

Fitting skirting boards to a bedroom
ADS (Adrian’s) work was excellent. Adrian arrived promptly on time and carried out the work without creating any mess, he is really polite and you can see from first meeting him he is a hardworking professional completing the job with a great finish. The new skirting is great and it really sets off the new room! I would contact Adrian again for more work particularly as he covers a lot of different areas in property refurb and not just carpentry. Thanks again Adrian!
