Install new home network and wifi access points
9.75Verified ReviewFor years we have paid top dollar for high speed fibre broadband, but never really got close to the stated speeds in our house. After wasting money on a cheap mesh system from Amazon that didn't make much difference, we decided you get what you pay for. David and the team at ADS installed a switch, controller and 4 wifi access points to cover our whole house. It's an investment, but quite bit less than the competing quote we got. The team were friendly, knowledgeable and tidy, and our wifi is now zippy and rock solid everywhere. Recommended.

10Verified ReviewExtremely happy with ADS. From the initial call being handled my Matt in their office, then we had 2 engineers out, Clint and Stuart. They were so careful working around my young family.. explained what they were doing step by step and then when it come to completing the works they couldn’t of been any clearer. I had speakers installed in various rooms, had all my TV’s synced to one control, they also sorted my internal wifi out across the whole house. I would highly recommended these guys. ??????????

10Verified ReviewDon’t normally review but was so pleased with the service and install. I bought my own TV and sound bar. A really lovely chap called David came around to quote and explained exactly what I would need to get all my TV, sound bar up and running.. and finally! Sort my WIFI issues out.. the access points. Have changed our lives!!! Finally even connection all over the house.. everyone’s happy! No more sitting in one room-why we didn’t call them years ago? I don’t know. Their guys connected our PCs, PlayStation, iPads and did a demo which I wasn’t expecting.. but what god send! Fabulous from start to end.

0Verified ReviewIn the course of their work, I ended up with a broken 4k port on my 65" TV. Although they promised to put up a new TV if I replaced it, when it came to it they failed to stick to their word, instead coming up with an excuse that it would take 4 hours or more (because it was an 85" TV) and asked for an exorbitant sum of money to do what they had promised. I later got it done in less than 2 hours at a fraction of the cost. They were difficult to contact when things wrong, dishonourable and caused huge stress with no apology. AVOID if you value your AV equipment and want decent after care

ADS Smart Home Ltd are a medium size family run business and we've been trading for just over 15 years now, although many of our staff and directors have been working in the industry for longer. As per our company title, we began business installing aerial and satellite equipment for standard British Broadcasters like Freeview, Freesat and Sky predominantly, but also undertake foreign satellite installation.
We cover both domestic and commercial installations and have a major client list stretching from the private, government and development sectors. The key to our success so far, is understanding the needs of each customer. Keeping our installations cost effective whilst providing industry standard to our domestic customers is imperative. We then wish to offer creative design to our larger projects both in the domestic and commercial sector – it’s about striking the balance. We aim to exceed expectation in both areas.
As time went by, our customers demanded more from us, and as audio-visual installation became more and more popular it made sense for us to include this with the installation of television services. We now install television with many other avenues of audio-visual, including matrix systems, sound systems, internet, and access point connection (see our website for full details). We pride ourselves mostly on our customer services along with our commercial systems work. As a family run business, we try to offer that little bit extra taking care of customers from start to finish and offering a 12-month warranty service that is always honoured should our parts fail within that time.
We have some exceptionally gifted systems engineers that have worked on some very large and exciting projects. Our CAI registration means that our staff are experienced and trained to a very high level allowing us to work within the commercial sector effectively. Our work is always designed to brief but with creative input to offer our clients a future proof system that will grow with technology. Our systems engineers are precise and extremely neat and have produced some 'beautiful' work. The thing is, we love what we do, we are passionate and hope to continuously improve and further our engineers in their knowledge and skills. This is crucial if you wish to provide services that are current and exciting.
