    These guys are amazing! Solved our problem especially on new build walls, they are weak sometimes. The guys managed to lock in my 65 inch without any problem and hide away all the cables. They kindly set my tv and sound system up too. Great service and quality of work. Thank you!

I am not sure if it said this was required on the quote but it felt like a hustle. I have said Yes I would recommend below but I think perhaps it should be more of a Yes, but...

    Second time of using ADS: first time for wifi cabling and this time for TV problems. They arrived promptly, were friendly and courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem. Went up onto a difficult roof to replace the aerial, and resolved all the issues. Whilst here, also did an excellent unexpected job installing an extra cable from my router to my desktop as well, so highly pleased with all they did, and with their customer-focussed approach. Will certainly use again when/if needed.

Two people attended site who knew exactly what was required and installed all the equipment in the correct places and without any mess. All the points were full tested and I am now using them without issue. I would recommend them for any network installs.

ADS came in and reviewed and updated the whole system and have taken on the monitoring, so now we have a single point of contact for any issues. David answered all of our questions and Steph’s workmanship was excellent.

ADS Smart Home Ltd are a medium-size family-run business and we've been trading for just over 15 years now, although many of our staff and directors have been working in the industry for longer. We began business installing aerial and satellite equipment for standard British Broadcasters like Freeview, Freesat and Sky predominantly, but also undertake foreign satellite installation. 


We cover both domestic and commercial installations and have a major client list stretching from the private, government and development sectors. The key to our success so far, is understanding the needs of each customer. Keeping our installations cost effective whilst providing industry standard to our domestic customers is imperative. We then wish to offer creative design to our larger projects both in the domestic and commercial sector – it’s about striking the balance. We aim to exceed expectation in both areas. 


As time went by, our customers demanded more from us, and as audio-visual installation became more and more popular it made sense for us to include this with the installation of television services. We now install television with many other avenues of audio-visual, including matrix systems, sound systems, internet, and access point connection (see our website for full details). We pride ourselves mostly on our customer services along with our commercial systems work. As a family run business, we try to offer that little bit extra taking care of customers from start to finish and offering a 12-month warranty service that is always honoured should our parts fail within that time. 


We have some exceptionally gifted systems engineers that have worked on some very large and exciting projects. Our CAI registration means that our staff are experienced and trained to a very high level allowing us to work within the commercial sector effectively. Our work is always designed to brief but with creative input to offer our clients a future proof system that will grow with technology. Our systems engineers are precise and extremely neat and have produced some 'beautiful' work. The thing is, we love what we do, we are passionate and hope to continuously improve and further our engineers in their knowledge and skills. This is crucial if you wish to provide services that are current and exciting.
