Additional Sockets put in Garage
Called many companies trying to get somebody out, no luck, then emailed Adam and response came back, then arranged for them to come round. Cai arrived on time and was very pleasent, asked what I wanted, made it sound like it was no issue at all. Work was completed quickly and with no mess at all. He kept checking he had done what I was looking for and was willing to change if needed. Then Adam followed up to make sure I was happy, great customer satisfacation, would have no issues with using again.

Storage heaters and immersion
Adam came back to me on the same day I left voicemail. He attended the property the following day. He immediately rectified the fault with the storage heaters and also quoted me for replacement of immersion element within a couple of days. He kept me informed and nothing was too much trouble for him. This guy is a true first class tradesman who really cares about his customers.

Induction hop fitted in place of gas hob
This was a small job, which took about one hour. Nevertheless, the company responded quickly and effectively to my emails and fitted the work round our needs. The work was done efficiently and at times arranged. Both electrical and gas fitter were friendly and courteous and conscientious. I would not hesitate to recommend their services to friends and family.

New distribution board, testing, various bits of remedial work
Very pleased with the work we had done, all done in a prompt and professional manner and left us feeling secure that the work had been done to an excellent standard. Very friendly and courteous.
