We called Graham for a potential issue with rats entering our garden and nesting under our shed. He quickly and expertly identified the rat runs and points of entry into our garden from a neighbouring property and placed bait boxes. He returned to replace bait taken until no more was taken, he left boxes again to ensure no more was being taken. He also advised us how to effectively rat proof our garden. Excellent service with excellent communications. Highly recommend.

Graham has been a few times over several years to deal with mice, and most recently rats. He's very efficient and knowledgeable in not only eliminating the problem but also in investigating (checking loft + outdoor routes) and blocking the means of entry. He was extremely diligent by returning some days after the job to check whether his 'entry blocking ' was still holding and by messaging to check whether any tell-tale noises or other evidence detected (which it was not). He also adjusted other appointments around Christmas to get the job done in time. I highly recommend Graham, 100% pro.
