  Cut through walls and fit a window and door

  Blocking up bathroom window

  Josh and his team are very professional and friendly. Quoted me for the job in a timely manner. They completed the cavity wall and rendering in a high standard. Josh left the property tidy and clear of all rubbish at the end of the works. We will use their services again in the future and would definitely recommend Josh to anyone interested.

  Needed a wall built in my garden

  I contacted Josh as l needed a brickwall to be built in my back garden. He came round to quote the job with in a day, it was a fair decent price. He turned up on time.   Block work

  We called Josh for a job, and he responded incredibly fast. Within a few days, he came over to assess the work and gave us a very fair price. But most importantly, his workmanship was outstanding, he is extremely skilled and professional. The job was completed very quickly, and after finishing, he made sure everything was cleaned up, leaving the place spotless. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and professional builder, and we are beyond impressed. Without a doubt, we will be calling him for all our future projects. We cannot recommend him highly enough, one of the most professional.

  Replacement door lintel and brickwork repairs

  Josh did an excellent job, was on time, was competitively priced and did a very thorough job of cleaning up. I would definitely recommend him and his team, and wouldn't hesitate to use Advance Building again in the future.
