  Jason did all the above works at my place, and more. I can’t recommend him highly enough. I had found quite a few issues after moving into my place a year ago, and he kindly talked through them all with me, he’s very knowledgeable and was really helpful. Jason didn’t push any work that didn’t need doing. He’s very honest, super reliable (I just left my keys out for him each day), sticks to budget, and gets the job done when he says he will. I would highly recommended him for all your building and ventilation needs. I will definitely be calling him again!

  Damp proofing party wall of downstairs room.

  Rising damp to a height of around 30cms in one room of a party wall needed attention. This was an injection of waterproofing solution into the brickwork, cement rendering infused with resin and a top coat of plaster. After 5 weeks there is no trace of damp and has effectively cured the problem. Other work was had a lot of building residue, dust and dirt on surfaces. Despite this Jason cleared up thoroughly. Advice was given on other aspects of work carried out by myself which I found invaluable. A generous and helpful individual whose work I would recommend.

  Damp Survey of 3 Bedroom Property

  I was extremely pleased with the visit by Jason Simmons of Advance Construction Solutions, who undertook a full review and damp survey of our entire property which is being sold. He was friendly and polite, explained all of his findings openly and transparently before providing a rough idea of price for works. Jason kept me in the loop at every step of the process and sent through the quote within two days of visiting (which was at the weekend). Would definitely recommend Jason and Advance Construction Solutions as they put my mind at rest from the moment they arrived.

  Complete house needed damp proofing and ventilation

  Very professionally dealt with. Unlike some major damp proof companies Jason made a correct diagnosis and came up with a plan of treatment and cure. He came on the day planned and worked consistently until the job was satisfactorily completed. We have ventilation installed and some walls damp proofed. Jason then decorated the affected parts of the house. It was quite an involved job, but it was all completed to a very good standard and at the end I could not identify any damp whatsoever, which was the whole objective. We are more than pleased with the job and cost. What more can you you ask?
