Professional - knows what he's talking about
I contacted Dan to check and fix my unvented immersion heater tank. The power switch was lighted up but the heater was not heating up. so i organised with Dan after he sent over his callout fees. We agreed He came over to check my heater - then figured out there was a trip - he fixed that and we decided to replace the element. he found a good replacement which was cheaper . then we arranged for him to order and come back another day. he kept the workplace clean and was professional. Answered my questions very well.

Dan has been providing the gas safety certificates for my rental property for the past three years. He is extremely professional, reliable and always makes the process easy.
