Ben was a lucky find after we moved into a project-house and accidentally flooded it within first week. He has within the last two weeks fitted us with brand new design radiators replacing pipes using copper rather than plastic for durability (and cool looks) and installed a beautiful mixer shower replacing our dodgy and temperamental electric shower. Ben fitted us within his busy work schedule completing work over the weekend and ahead us laying new flooring. He was also able to explain work as he did it and we started to plan future projects.
