They removed the old setup, installed a new combi boiler, adjusted the pipework, fitted a thermostat, and ensured everything was properly commissioned.   Chris and his team provided an excellent quote and were exceptionally professional. Him and his team are a great bunch of guys and I felt totally informed and taken care of. Even when the job turned up a nasty little surprise they made sure it was taken care of and didn't sting me with extra charges.   Before attending, they got in touch via WhatsApp which is the most convenient for customers who work office hours. Then they patiently answered all my questions without any delay. And they were available within a day of my enquiry to attend. During servicing, they did a fantastic job at servicing the boiler overall. No BS, not trying to upsell anything, just straight up did the job and were done quickly. Their price was also fair for the job. Definitely a permanent customer now. Thanks.
