⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Disappointing experience – overcharged and incomplete work
Booked for full front and back garden clearance via Checkatrade (£800 agreed for 3 workers, full day). Only 2 attended. Job ran 8:30–4 but felt rushed and incomplete. Hedges were only lightly trimmed, not properly cut back. Far end of garden left uncleared with weeds/debris. Lorry arrived partly filled so not all waste was removed. Around 80% done when they were already packing up. No breakdown of costs given. Excellent service
The guys arrived on time, and were courteous and polite. They worked extremely hard to cut back an overgrown hedge on what was a very hot day. Garden clearance, weed removal, pruning and general tidy-up of garden.
Excellent service from start to finish. Communication was great throughout and they arrived when they said they would. The team worked hard all day clearing an overgrown garden, removing weeds, cutting back vegetation and leaving everything tidy afterwards. The difference is incredible and the garden now looks much bigger, brighter and far more presentable. They were polite, professional and took away all the waste as agreed.
