Very difficult job that was handled very well

Complex job with pipe re runs and tank pump removal however they managed well

Taps fitted to the bathroom. Was a complicated job however got it done.... Nice people to deal with

Plumber was courteous and professional. I was unhappy with the billing customer service - they took my feedback onboard. They couldn't provide an estimate ahead of time so if you need clarity of costs, get a site visit for a firm quote with another firm. I was billed for the first hour on booking, but payment expectations were not communicated. They tried to take money from my account before confirming the balance with me. I received three missed phone calls within an hour of plumber leaving and an email stating they would pass over to a debt collection agency if I did not call to pay up.

Friendly and efficient. Followed all covid safety procedures too
