Warranty issues
Had my drive done exactly how I wanted it and have been very happy with it. It came with a 10 year warranty but now in the 8th year an area by my front door has collapsed. I contacted ARS Ltd who told me the warranty did not cover the surface under their resin work because they did not lay it! No issues with price and workmanship but after sales is not what is expected, they didn’t even come out to inspect the problem! Laying a large area of patio and some artificial grass

New drive and fence panels fitted
My drive has been laid to perfection and I'm the envy of my neighbours. Resin driveway and an area of clockwork
Very professional, agreed to some extra details/replace patch of rendering on a step and set a new fence post with no problems or extra charge. After they laid an area of blocks we changed our minds about how big - Workman lifted up blocks and made the changes without any grief. We asked for a circular cut around a tree that they could have swerved but did the detail as requested. Finished result is excellent and just what we hoped for. New resin driveway
We commissioned the firm to lay resin to our front driveway and also opine on failures to some resin laid to the rear of our house by a different installer. The customer service was first class; the advice and support that we received through to receipt of quote and install was excellent. Aisha provided top class support and Dan was a very knowledgeable and trustworthy expert.
