  Pitched Roofing Repair

  Posted 01 October

  Excellent work!

James, Paul and the team did a first rate job replacing my roof. They worked tirelessly - 6 or 7 days a week - to complete the job, and all were polite, friendly and respectful! I was particularly impressed by their attention to detail, and the fact that at the end of every day they cleared up. James or Paul were always on hand if there was a query, and they kept us informed as to progress and any problems they encountered. I would highly recommend them!

  Excellent experience

We have just had our house and garages re-roofed and are extremely pleased with the standard of workmanship and the clean 'new look'. It has certainly enhanced the house. The team were excellent, hard working and considerate in the way they went about the construction process. From start to finish the job was managed well and we are very glad that we chose 'Advanced' to carry out the work First Class all round

  Happy new roof.

Advanced Roofing has done a first class job. We are thrilled with the finished roof. The roofers were hard working and tidy. We were looked after by James, nothing was too much trouble. We are very grateful for all the attention given to us.

Professional, Quality and Excellent Ongoing Communications

After starting with a persistent leak, James and his team identified the issue and dealt with it professionally and quickly. However it became apparent that there were other issues which needed resolving. Over a difficult period whilst the work was completed, the roofing team were professional, courteous and tidy at all times and kept us up to date on progress. James in the meantime answered any questions we had in a timely manner, whilst project managing the different trades needed to complete the job. Although not probably the cheapest, you pay for quality and would highly recommend.

Get a full survey and a time frame. Make sure there are no hidden surprises!!

The workmanship was excellent . We are very pleased with the result. We were somewht surprised to be given a verbal estimate only to receive a written confirmation with VAT added . They did not do a full survey of the roof before commencing the work and subsequently advised us of further problem with the dormer window increasing the cost yet again. Little we could do about this as the roof was already part completed. On the day they were due to finish we were then informed that the chimney needed attention. More expense! The Guarantee took 4 weeks to arrive and showed an incorrect address.

  Recommended company

James came and made a detailed assessment of our problem that had baffled numerous people, and efficiently arranged a quote and the work - from arranging the scaffolder to doing the work itself. His team worked efficiently and pleasantly and finished the job in one day. James answered any queries we had and the work was done to the specification and at the quoted amount. We would definitely recommend the company.
