  I have been using Advance heating for years and I find Rob to be incredibly helpful and genuine. His knowledge is the best I have ever come across and he knows so much about different boilers, heating systems, fault finding, problem solving etc. He is extremely reliable, punctual, trustworthy and polite - I can rely on him to service my needs as an individual and through my businesses. Absolutely 5* rated!

  Unvented Cylinder/Gas Boiler Service.

  Unvented cylinder service and issue safety certificate. Did not realise that household insurance may dispute claim for water damage resulting from cylinder and associated plumbing if a 'regular' safety certificate was not issued. Gas boiler service discovered issue with air flow to boiler identified during test. This is being rectified which otherwise could lead to breakdown of boiler with consequential costs. Very pleased with the attention to detail in all aspects of the service.

  Water Leak

  Leak on water system. Diagnosed defective expansion valve. This was replaced with valve from van. Work complete on first visit.
