  Rob attended very quickly on the Monday following an urgent (though not emergency) request over a weekend to deal with a washing machine tap which could not be turned off. This saved us having problems when a new washing machine was delivered on the Tuesday. His attitude was friendly and professional and completed the task without delay.

  Rob does a brilliant job

  Rob simply gets on with the job, got straight into servicing the boiler, then looked at our shower pump etc as we had reportedly the shower flow being poor. He checked it out then sorted it, advising us what had gone wrong and how to deter this in the future, ie: he is transparent.
