Quick professional and friendly service.

Rick and Charlie installed a new burglar alarm for my mother. They were professional, walked through the features of the new system patiently with her and tidied up after themselves.

Can’t fault these guys.I am on a service plan and they service it once a year. I had to call them out today for a fault on my system ( not one they installed ) They were brilliant, arrived early as knew I had made plans for today. Replaced a faulty sensor for free under my service plan ( which is really reasonable compared to other companies ) and also overhauled the sensor pad on the main key pad for free, which a new part would’ve cost 80.00 ! Friendly prompt and I highly recommend Advance !

Rick was fantastic. He understood the reasons for our job, gave brilliant advice and was round the next morning to complete the work quickly and to a great standard. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Very quick and reliable company. Had problems with our smart plug. Jack tried to help us solve the problem over the phone but unsuccessful. As always very professional and after a few hiccups all sorted and working now. Would highly recommend this company.
