Extortionate charges for servicing after purchasing their products
Having bought an automatic garage door which I was pleased with, I was required to have it serviced annually. BUT the prices are extortionate, Annual service, completed in less than 15 minutes by one man, cost £90 plus VAT. Having done that twice and not using the garage daily, I dropped the servicing interval to discover that they charge more if more than 1 year gap!! £145 plus VAT so £174 for less than 15 minutes attendance by one person, the company are local so no long travel time either. We are transparent with pricing, we give all customers the price before work commences. The engineer is very experienced and will have given the door a complete service, any issues found, dealt with. If the door is working well, there is not much do to the door and the service is carried out quite quickly, some services there is a lot to do to the door and they can be there an hour or so. Jenny took your call, she had a conversation about the service and prices and we knew you were not happy but not aware you were expecting further action, apologies. Good news that the door is still work well!

Weatherproof garage door

Garage door replacement
The service was first class. I asked them to repair garage door cables. However on closer inspection it was clear a new door was needed. This was ordered and fitted within 24 hours.
